Marlon Parker, founder of RLabs, tells the story behind a global social enterprise that began on the Cape Flats with one young man coming off drugs and gangs. From being called a mistake and growing up fatherless, to meeting Christ in an upper room, to re-digging the wells of his spiritual father Apostle Roger Peterson, his testimony presses one point home: Jesus proclaimed the kingdom in the wrong season and the wrong place, which means the time has come for the most unlikely people in the most unlikely places.

Apostle Hilton Toohey, founder of New Zion Ministries International, picks up from the opening night with a sobering word: unless the Spirit leads this movement, it will not last. Whatever man starts without the Spirit revolves around himself, but whatever the Spirit starts revolves around people. A call to receive the second gift, the anointing that carries us from knowing a gift to flowing in it, and a closing glimpse of the Spirit preparing the Bride of Christ.

Colossians 1:28 (ESV), "Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ."

Apostle Russell Toohey opens PROCLAIM 2026 with one conviction: God's plan is to use every one to reach everybody, and He does it by turning individuals into movements. From Abraham to Jesus and the twelve, the pattern is always generations, and the call is to make disciples who make disciples rather than simply grow a church.

Colossians 1:28 (ESV), "Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ."
