The NFC South Roundtable is back with a full breakdown of Week 4 in the 2026 NFL season, and the division is beginning to separate at the top and bottom.

The Atlanta Falcons made a major statement on Monday Night Football, dominating the New Orleans Saints 45-24 in New Orleans. Michael Penix Jr. and the Falcons offense came out firing, while Atlanta's rushing attack helped put the game away. The victory moved the Falcons to 2-2 and into a tie for first place in the NFC South.

The Carolina Panthers also picked up a huge win, defeating the Detroit Lions 32-26 behind an explosive performance from Bryce Young and Tetairoa McMillan. McMillan finished with 14 catches for 192 yards and two touchdowns as Carolina improved to 2-2 and kept pace with Atlanta.

Meanwhile, the New Orleans Saints dropped to 1-3 after their disappointing loss to Atlanta, while the Tampa Bay Buccaneers remain winless at 0-4 following a 17-14 loss to the Green Bay Packers.

On this episode, the NFC South Roundtable breaks down Atlanta's dominant performance, Carolina's surprising rise, the Saints' struggles, and the Buccaneers' continued problems. The panel also discusses which teams are legitimate contenders and whether the division is already becoming a two-team race.

Can the Falcons and Panthers separate themselves from the pack? Can the Saints recover from their latest loss? And is there any hope left for the winless Buccaneers?

Tune in for all the NFC South analysis, debate, reactions, and predictions following Week 4.
