This powerful sermon concludes our "We Are The Church" series with a vital challenge: "Now Be The Church." It's one thing to declare ourselves as the church, but a profound shift occurs when we actively live out that identity. Through engaging questions for self-reflection – "Do I look like Jesus?", "Do I love people like Jesus?", and "Am I living on mission for Jesus?" – Pastor calls us to embody Christ's character, compassion, and purpose in every aspect of our lives. Just as a church shirt identifies us, our daily actions should clearly broadcast our connection to Jesus, demonstrating His love, forgiveness, and transformative power to a world in need, reflecting the vibrant example of the early church in Acts 2. It’s time to surrender fully to Jesus, put on our faith, and wear our Christian identity everywhere we go, becoming the hands and feet of Christ so that others may encounter Him through us and see His kingdom grow.
