About this listen

In August of 2021, I lost my dad to coronavirus and since then, I have struggled to make sense of my life without him and my place in the world. The goal of this podcast is to begin normalizing conversations surrounding grief in all areas of life: loss, grieving your past self, relationships and the overall grief that comes with growing up. Let's take it all off the shelf and go through it together.
