They discuss the impact that postpartum anxiety had on their daily lives, the physical symptoms they experienced, & the lack of transparency on social media about the struggles of motherhood. They also touch on the dangers of comparing oneself to others on social media and the importance of doing what works for one's own mental health.

    Further conversation includes the challenges they faced during their breastfeeding journeys including pressures and expectations, the lack of quality support from lactation consultants in the hospital, difficulties with bottle refusal, & how rapid weaning can cause Post-weaning Depression. They also touch on the topic of dysphoric milk ejection reflex (DMER), a condition that causes feelings of rage or irritability during breastfeeding.
