We did a recon mock from an early slot yesterday and learned a ton about what players are likely to be available at our picks. Today, we put that knowledge into action by attempting to build a team of great upside (and maybe no blocks) using a Nikola Jokic build from the first pick!

This is the culmination of mock drafting from the #1 pick multiple times, learning the patterns, and determining who will be available to you at each round. Let's put it all together and draft some studs!

Here comes part 2, picking up in the early rounds, and continuing through the middle of the draft. THE WHOPPER RETURNS in our longest ever solo host rankings episode of OMS - it's the Dan Besbris FULL Bucket List! We cover roughly 150 players, sorted into tiers/buckets, offer reasoning on every single one of them, work through draft strategy for maximizing names on our winner list, and so much more. It's an epic, so sit back, relax, and enjoy! Or just relax, maybe.

Having a pick in the middle of the draft still stinks, but does the new Yahoo board create any surprise pockets of value? Can we use a RECON mock to plan out our general round by round strategy without having a top guy?

The new Yahoo board has completely changed draft prep, and the best way to get ready for a real draft is to do a fake one! Here is our RECON MOCK from an early draft position - let's see what targets are available (typically) when we have a pick near the front four.
