    Robert has spent roughly three decades in powersports and has worked across some of the most recognizable corners of the industry. He currently leads GenXgearhead, previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the Sturgis Buffalo Chip, helped shape the conversation at the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, and founded the Give A Shift initiative focused on the future of motorcycling.
