About this listen

• 8. The End of an Era 2/3
    Jan 11 2026

In part two of our English three part series, we continue exploring episodes three and four of Taylor Swift’s docuseries The End of an Era, and move even further behind the curtain of the Eras Tour. These episodes take us from Taylor’s childhood and family roots to the immense emotional, physical, and creative demands of a tour of this scale. We talk about what it means to grow up surrounded by belief rather than pressure, and how family remains a grounding force even after the biggest stages in the world go dark.

In our category Track by Track, we focus on I Can Do It With a Broken Heart, a song that becomes a key to understanding these episodes. We discuss performance as survival, the contrast between joy on stage and pain off stage, and how the Eras Tour became a place of purpose during some of the hardest moments in Taylor’s personal life.

We also dive into the people behind the scenes who make this tour possible. From longtime band members and the touring family Taylor has known since her teenage years, to wardrobe, quick changes, injuries, weather conditions, and the precise choreography and timing required to keep everyone safe, we reflect on the discipline, trust, and teamwork that live beneath the magic. Special attention is given to Jeslyn’s story and the compassion and loyalty that define this environment.

At the same time, these episodes open space to talk about creativity and freedom. We discuss costume design, iconic Eras Tour looks, the joy and challenge of the acoustic set, and the intentional lack of restrictions around gender expression on stage. The tour becomes a place where individuality is not just allowed, but celebrated.

In our category Step by Step, we focus on Whyley, a dancer who redefined gender roles on the Eras Tour. We talk about visibility, confidence, and what it means to be fully seen on one of the biggest stages in the world. His story highlights why representation matters, and how creating safe spaces can change lives far beyond the stage.

This episode is about endurance, purpose, and the people who hold you up when things get heavy. It is about finding meaning in the work, choosing joy even when it feels impossible, and understanding why, for so many, the Eras Tour became more than a concert. It became a lifeline.

  • 7. The End of an Era 1/3
    Dec 25 2025

In our very first English three-part series, we dive into the opening episodes of Taylor Swift’s docuseries The End of an Era, and everything they reveal. From her speaking out about Vienna, to showing vulnerability, emotion, and the people behind the scenes who make the magic happen, there is already so much to unpack.

In our category Track by Track we analyze a song that was very important during these episodes: Everything has changed from her RED album. Afterwards we talk about the crew, the dancers, the choreography, and the storytelling that turns the Eras Tour into something far bigger than a concert. We reflect on themes of body image, representation, and why seeing real people on stage matters so much to us and to our community.

At the same time, we address the criticism surrounding the docuseries and the wave of online negativity that followed. We discuss where criticism is valid, where it turns harmful, and why it is important to form our own opinions rather than letting internet narratives decide for us.

This episode is about gratitude, processing, and sitting with emotions that do not yet need answers. It is about community, empathy, and acknowledging that we are witnessing the closing of a chapter that meant the world to so many of us.

In our category Step by Step we talk about the one and only Amanda Balen, one of the dancers and choreographers of The Eras Tour.

Join us as we begin reflecting on what this era gave us, and why saying goodbye is never as simple as it seems.

  • 6. Die Reputation Era 3/3
    Dec 8 2025

Swifties - are you ready for it? Was ist danach passiert? Rep vault tracks??? Eure Community stories und vieles mehr! ✨🖤
