On our latest adventure we travel to Sullivan's farm to meet Kieran and hear the story of his journey so far. From starting out with a half share in a batch of store lambs the business has changed radically in a short number of years.

We chat about the journey from store lambs, onto calves and cattle, and finally into milking cows. The land Kieran and his family are farming was leased out after his father died in 2001, but his brother and himself started taking back, "a few fields at a time" from 2015 onwards.

As well as working off-farm and singing the odd song, Kieran talks about his YouTube channel, the importance of family, and building up stock, machinery, and farm infrastructure.
