How does it work? We'll explain: Each player is given 100 shares to invest in 5 movies releasing between January 23, 2026, and June 26, 2026.

How is the value of shares determined? Each million made at the domestic box office, and each percentage on the film's Metacritic score adds a dollar to the share valuation.

To honour this (very bloody) occasion, Elijah, Mike, Dalton, and Maddy sit down to discuss Lady Snowblood--the very influential 1973 Japanese revenge flick. They discuss their individual experiences with the film and how well it's aged over the past five decades (3:20). Afterwards, we discuss one of the biggest talking points surrounding this movie: the influence it had on Quentin Tarantino's 2003 film Kill Bill, from the very specific to the more broad interpretations.

Taking it back to our Christmas special from 2024, we kick off the show by discussing some of our favourite aspects of the 2000 Christmas classic, How The Grinch Stole Christmas, including the most rewatchable scenes, hottest takes, how the film has aged, and more (5:30). First and foremost, we start by honouring the late, great Rob Reiner (1:30).

Then, after easily winning the first edition of our Movie Stock Market, Mike's winning prize was the honour of choosing our next Rewatchables movie. In true Mike fashion, he chose none other than Kathryn Bigelow's 1995 film Strange Days (12:04)!

The nominations for the 2026 Golden Globes were announced Monday morning, and it's our (self-appointed) job to give you our analysis! Elijah and Mike are joined, once again, by Maddy Richard to take on the task of looking through the nominations to discuss what missed, which nominations surprised us, and what this means for certain movies/actors leading up to the Oscars!

We finally made it!
