  • Ep. 10 - Giving Yourself Room to Grow with Katie Klenk
    Nov 17 2022

"Bloom where you're planted" we frequently hear this expression everywhere. But how can we grow if we don't step beyond our comfort zone? Challenges are part of growth so are mistakes, but it is a stepping stone for us to bloom. We can only find where we should stay if we take a step toward finding it.

Just like what our guest, Katie Klenk, did in changing careers from being an Olympic horse trainer to becoming a real estate agent. The transition was not easy, but it was definitely worth the risk as she is now one of the top real estate agents in South Central Pennsylvania.

In 2022, she was recognized as one of the top six associates at KW Keystone. Homesnap named her among the top fifteen and ranked in the top 15% of sales volume in York and Adams Counties. She has multiple Diamond Circle awards for sales volume exceeding.

In this episode, Katie shares how she had outgrown a particular attitude, a particular stance that she observed in the people she worked with in her firm. She was becoming aware of new values rising to the top and establishing themselves as dominant values that needed to inform how they worked. We also talked about how being a real estate agent is also a business owner.

    Nov 3 2022

We all dread the day when we receive bad news. For Jeff Bellomo, he received bad news just days before he was to take his bar exam and finally realize his dream of becoming a lawyer. Jeff found out that his month has an aggressive form of cancer, and he asked a surgeon some questions regarding next steps for caring for his mother, “What should I do?”

The doctor was unable to give Jeff the answers he needed, but through the process of caring for his mother, Jeff was able to find his passion and the people he would fight for when he became a lawyer.

Jeff’s story is a lesson and reminder that you must find your passion first, and that it’s only when you find your passion that you can serve people well. We also talk about how fear stops people from truly pursuing their passion.
