For our first episode after the summer we are joined by Norwegian pro golfer Michelle Forsland.

Michelle is giving us insight into her life as a pro athlete, talking about her path to get to that level, how she is aiming even higher and trying to achieve her goals.
Taking about her daily routine - or her 9 to 5 - we learn about the life behind the tournaments. Taking a dive into all the processes that need to be in place to maintain proper training, keeping her "business" running, and how to get from A to B shines a light on a very busy every day life.

For this episode we are speaking with two of our own AvantGarders: Maiko Selia Reutimann and Maša Mandić.
These two are currently working on building up a new vertical within AvantGarde: Agile Executive Search.
