For our first episode after the summer we are joined by Norwegian pro golfer Michelle Forsland.

Michelle is giving us insight into her life as a pro athlete, talking about her path to get to that level, how she is aiming even higher and trying to achieve her goals.
Taking about her daily routine - or her 9 to 5 - we learn about the life behind the tournaments. Taking a dive into all the processes that need to be in place to maintain proper training, keeping her "business" running, and how to get from A to B shines a light on a very busy every day life.

For this episode we are speaking with two of our own AvantGarders: Maiko Selia Reutimann and Maša Mandić.
These two are currently working on building up a new vertical within AvantGarde: Agile Executive Search.

Through the episode we get to know both of them a bit better, learn what they have been doing since the start in April, what they want to accomplish, and what's next for the vertical. Agile Executive Search will be focusing on Start-ups & Scale-ups and helping them securing the best candidates for their management and leadership positions.

Norselab is a leading European impact investment house, located in Oslo. One of their impact investors, Ann-Kristin Pfründer, takes us right into sustainability, team-building, and how to scale companies. 

With her own expertise from past & current endeavours, she lends a guiding hand to make sure companies scale efficient and with as little "hick-ups" as possible.

One of her main values is to have the right team, which to her is vital to have when scaling an enterprise. For us, this is something we are confronted with on a day to day basis. Needless to say, we hope you enjoy the talk as much as we did.

Henriettes' take on building something and main tip on all future female entrepreneurs is to “just do it – there will never be the exact right time.”

Linking to our own future growth plans, it was amazing to get in some outside views and inspiring tips, tricks & stories from Henriette.
