The All-Star Break is over and now the Yankees have plenty of work to do as they try to run down Tampa Bay in the AL East and hopefully earn the best record in the American League and the first-round playoff bye that comes with that.

For those who didn't already know it, the Nationals have the worst bullpen in MLB and the Yankees exploited it by rallying from behind late in all three games to pull off a sweep in Washington. Although there was some continued awful offense in the first three games of their huge series against the Rays, the Yankees earned a split because Cam Schlittler was an ace in the opener, and the bats finally woke up with a 12-run outburst in the finale.
