Hello Hersh, good to have you back to the trash-cast. We had a wonderful day of debacle-filled fun. I had a great intro all ready, and right during the intro music, I hit the wrong button a halted the music and sent the episode spiraling out of control and I don't know that we ever recovered. With that being typed, we covered some great topics today including: label-less water-bottles, fizzy burps, and a great dental breakthrough that I just experienced that likely saved me from losing a vital chopper! We used a great classic song from a missionary friend and Brooks even gave the audience a taste of what his Patreon show is like... or so he says he did. we have to trust that he was telling the truth because he couldn't produce the evidence during the recording which is another whole debacle... Hersh, we really did it.. did which, you say? We talked about a couple of previously forbidden topics but in a completely organic (big word for healthy, more expensive and most-times overrated) way, the conversation just slipped into these topics and I could do nothing to stop them. For any huge fire-storm of controversy (pronounced "con-trah-vuh-see" for effect) that may result from this discussion, we finished the show with a surprising upset via the never more popular "Name that Tune" segment of the program. What a privilege it is to have all the crew back today. We had a mostly non-eventful episode… right off the bat the Deacon had trouble with his microphone. He almost incriminated himself whilst telling a lofty tale of a- now famous, “friend” of his… other things were discussed that I cannot recall at this particular juncture in my life. Hershall, I feel like I type this every week but I don't want to under-sell the idea that this is a very special day today here on the Pod'N Me church-cast. We are doing what we call in the broadcast business a simulcast (big word for broadcasting something that is or has been broadcasted (past tense of broadcast) on another broadcast platform (which isn't an actual platform built in the air, or is it? I need to digress but it is so much fun typing the word broadcast I can't hardly help myself). Anyhow, I felt it needful to let the listener(s), in other words, you hear tis conversation that took place (was aired) this past Monday on the Bible'N Me podcast. It is with Bro. Casey and Sis. Christiane West and I actually talked my bride, the lovely Hannah, into being a part of the conversation as well. The main ones that needed to be heard were the Wests. Hersh, I will give you a little insight on the job that I as the description writer have... It can be a difficult thing to compose an episode description that is distinct from the rest and especially after almost 6 years of podcasting, we are bound to repeat topics. I try to give in the title a little insight of complete un-interest so that the casual passerby or scrollerby won't thing that I am just doing what we call in the content creating world, click-baiting the audience. (the previous typology was all to take out space because I can't exactly recall what we talked about but I do know one big thing and that is in the title...) So, Sear'll is the main topic that comes to my mind that we talked about. We also continued the Pod'N Me travel guide so, enjoy!
