3. In extreme cases do Light Therapy.

4. Practise Journaling daily, focusing on Gratitude.

5. Get out of any Negative Mindset.

7. Set some Goals… something to look forward to.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE DIE

We probably never really sit down and think about what happens when we die, its not until a close friend or a family member dies that we truly take stock of our own lives.

And depending on what our religious beliefs are or are not, I find this belief structure usually influences how we come to terms with this sometimes frightening and somewhat over whelming proposition of our own mortality.
