A diagnosis of ADHD in Elyssa's early twenties gave an explanation for so much of her childhood and teenage years. Since having our second son I've suffered scary and intrusive thoughts. I hid them in as I didn't want to be judged or for others to be scared of me. In this podcast I delve deeper into my personal experience with post-natal anxiety and my depth of the suffering.
