    This episode was so much fun to record! 5 badass women getting together to chat all about our human design and our 5 different energy types. We all agree that finding out more about how we're meant to operate in the world has helped our mental health. If you don't know what human design is, I highly recommend finding out yours! I use the MyHumanDesign app. You can also find it on the Jovian Archive website or mybodygraph.com. It truly has been a key for a lot of people in learning to live their best life and for me in learning to love myself for who I am and appreciate the unique way that I operate. It's a long episode!
