So often we stand in our own way because we fear failure, judgement and all the "what if's"...
In todays episode I share about how this is common, especially in the business world and online space, and also how it is just our inner bitches way of keeping us safe.

When we love, validate, accept, acknowledge and believe in ourselves we stop needing it externally, therefore giving us untold confidence to go for it and to push ourselves.

This is your message to stop standing in your own way, to stop letting the fear keep you playing small and to go for it! Whatever that may be for you! Because those dreams you have, that vision you hold, that's yours for a reason, it's there on purpose and was given to you in this lifetime to follow... don't hold back, give yourself the gift of freedom to follow your dreams and create the impact you're here to create!

We, especially as women and Mummas, we feel the need to do it all and be it all and often give ourselves the role of "the doer of all things", we feel like we have to be the big, strong, independent woman and asking for help or support, or even admitting we aren't coping is a sign of weakness so we keep going, all the while supressing everything down and hating on ourselves for struggling... we end up in this downward spiral of feeling like we aren't good enough but really we aren't meant to be doing it ALL, ALL of the time!!
