    Not into the new age delusional world of not coping...sorry.

    Don't let people dismiss your voice and trauma with their toxic positivity.

    Realist here, AJ, please do not let others make you feel like you should ignore what you went to by not coping with your experiences and healing. Your voice can be heard here. Suppressing your emotions and pretending to be Polly positive to avoid ridicule from others shouldn't even be a thing for abuse survivors.

    Hopefully, this all makes sense. I've always been the black sheep. :}
