Dan recaps the rain‑shortened but highly competitive CABC Gold Bat Invitational, where Sarnia, Newmarket, Ilderton, Waterloo, and even the visiting Michigan Braves made noise in a stacked 14‑team field.
The episode also dives into the upcoming provincial eliminations, breaking down early favourites, tough first‑round matchups, and the grind of a tournament where teams must win seven to eight games in four days.
Later, the show shifts to Milton Alumni Day, revisiting a community‑driven doubleheader that served as the warm‑up to Milton’s massive 50th anniversary celebration coming next year.
Associate coach David Clark joins the show to talk roster depth, senior‑ball culture, attendance pride, and how the Red Sox are shaping up for a busy summer of league play and tournaments.
A mix of tournament drama, team insights, community baseball stories, and interviews—Episode 4 is a full snapshot of the energy, challenges, and momentum across the senior baseball scene.
