Raising Them Finding Us is your go to podcast for this wild, beautiful, completely unhinged ride of motherhood, where losing yourself sometimes feels like it's just part of the job description.

We're two friends in the thick of it, keeping things real as we navigate the chaos of raising kids while also trying to reclaim who we are underneath the titles of "mom," "snack provider," and "person who hasn't sat down in six years".

Each episode is packed with raw and honest conversations about the highs, the lows, and the what is even happening right now moments of parenting. We share stories that will make you laugh, cry and occasionally question your own sanity (because same)

From the mental load and identity shifts to the small wins and survival-mode days, nothing is off-limits here. But it's not just about venting. We're also figuring out real, doable ways to start pouring back into our own cups... without the guilt!

So whether you're hiding in your car for five minutes of peace, folding laundry for the third time today, or finally getting a moment to yourself, grab a snack, a coffee, or a glass of wine and come hang out with us.

This is your reminder that while we're busy raising them… We're still allowed to find ourselves. Because coming back to who you are isn't just possible; it's essential!

New episodes drop on the 1st and 15th of every month on YouTube and wherever you get your podcasts.

  • What happened to us?
    Apr 15 2026

In this episode, what happened to us?, we are slowing down to sit with the changes that motherhood brings. The visible ones but also the ones no one sees. The way our bodies feel unfamiliar, your thoughts feel heavier, and your world starts to look different than at once did. We talk about the stress, the confusion, the quiet moments and wondering where you went. This isn't about losing yourself forever, but about noticing the changes and beginning to understand them, because before we can find our way back to ourselves, we have to ask… What happened to us?
