Tony Gyenis talks about solidarity which is strength. When anything is separated that is a weak link in the body or community. Spirit states to focus on abundance is difficult to avoid and you can't lose. Listen to the part where when things work backwards. If everything is negative that will happen as well.

Tony Gyenis channels spirit's message that even when we sleep your involvement in caring for your light makes a huge difference. Sleep is so important when it comes to connect to our higher self. Several examples are given to show how sleep connects us to source energy. Protecting your light has a lot to do with other aspects including sleep. We have total access to all the experiences we have ever had and all of it is stored in our light. It never forgets.

Tony Gyenis channels spirit's message that we need to practice accepting help from others. If you are a giver and almost refuse help from others because we want to feel self-sufficient. Tony reminds us that it is admirable to be capable to do things on your own. However, there may be some instances that you need a little assistance.

This episode touches on another side of getting too much help. There are some people that take this to a higher level where they feel they can't do anything without help. The majority of the time it is the resistance of getting help or receiving anything. Spirit lists a number of signs where things would drastically change in their life where givers stop caring, low self-esteem and so on. This is where people need help but will not ask so we have to observe the subtle signs. Check it out.

Tony explains the difficulty for many people to find this level of "stillness" or emptiness in their experience. It is mainly because we are trying too hard and several examples will demonstrate this. It does take practice as we have been conditioned to do and look at life as a checklist of things to do rather than just be who you are. A special meditation was created just for this class to help people get into this stillness mode or zone because that is where spirit and your Creator is.

In the part 3 segment Spirit wants us to look at time as an element you can control and end up finding your stillness within. It is time for you to release and let the light carry you more. For those of you who have been working on themselves reading books on ascension, meditating, using crystals to help with your frequencies to rise...take a breath. You are exactly where you need to be.

Get into the habit of just watching and witnessing while being still in nature, in parks, meadows, at rivers, lakes or ocean and be in that environment as it is a part of you for you to discover.
