When people come to Kundalini Activation sessions they will start to experience and realize that we do not need (mind altering) substances, technology or heavy breathing techniques to experience altered and expanded states. For som it all seems a bit crazy at first For many it is like coming home And for all, eventually it will bring us back to the realization that these inner experiences of energy and consciousness ARE NATURAL for all humans We only forgot about it and most were not guided in how to integrate it. In this talk Ingvild dives into what is meant when people speak of a spontaneous (kundalini) awakening. There is quite some mysticism around this phenomenon. And lot’s of ‘WOW’. People even tend to really look up to those who say to have had a spontaneous awakening In my work I regularly meet people who come to me, sharing stories about their spontaneous Kundalini Awakening. All of these stories are very unique and special yet also there are a couple of over-all patterns that are similar: 👉🏻 It usually starts with a shock-experience in their life 👉🏻 they often have no clue about what Kundalini even is Also some people call their awakening spontaneous because the flow awakened in an intense way while, when hearing their story, they had actually already been consciously inviting the energy to awaken through techniques and practices for some time. For me it took quite some time to put another part of the puzzle together: Some of us are never really NOT awakened We hear stories of awakening and realize that most of our life has been that way from the start…and we just had to ‘awaken’ to being more in our human selves… Also: All of us are ALWAYS going through awakening and are constantly having awakened experiences. We’re just not always aware. And it can very well be that you’ve been conditioned to filter away your ‘other dimensional’ experiences. For those of us on this path And most certainly for those of us who facilitate and teach in the more spiritual field: It’s really helpful to understand this on a deeper level and recognize which has veen your own path. This talk is for educational purposes I hope it helps all of you looking for more clarity and less mystification

Love, Light and the Mess we make - A real talk about Non-duality

Is there such a thing as an energy transmission? Or is it something different? Do I receive anything? Or is it all me?

In this podcast Ingvild shares insights about the energetic work much known as Kundalini Activations or one of the many other names used for this type of work.

Also she goes deeper into the role of a facilitator, using different ways and metaphors to explain how we can benefit from eachothers presence.

When we come to this deep level of work we are doing our best to explain in words what is beyond words. And along the way, like in any work field there are many discussion about which words are 'right' or 'wrong'.

Ingvild states: "what if it's all true in a way? Let's keep in mind that on this level of experience we will always come into a paradox when we try to explain things"
