About this listen

Hi! We’re Alyssa and Chauntae- best friends, moms, and your new favorite coaches helping women rebuild their body, health, and identity after kids. Alyssa is a homeschooling mom of two girls (1.5 and 4.5) and a certified Fitness Trainer, Nutritionist, and Sleep, Stress & Recovery Specialist. After years in boutique fitness management, she traded her business suit for early mornings, homeschool lessons, and the title of “CEO of her home.” She believes motherhood is the greatest leadership role a woman can step into. Chauntae is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Law Enforcement Wife and mom to a two-year-old boy. With certifications in Functional Nutrition & Metabolism, Pre & Postnatal Coaching, and Fitness Training, she helps moms rebuild their bodies, health habits, and mindset to create true generational health. Together, we created The ReBuild Podcast! A show about the messy, in-between season of motherhood- that awkward bridge between who you were before kids and the woman you’re becoming now. It’s about releasing the old “girl boss grind” and stepping confidently into your role as the feminine leader of your home. Each week, we talk about sustainable fat loss, routines for the whole family, fitness, and the systems that build strong homes because our choices become our children’s environment. • Phone Boundaries for Calm, Connected Homes
    Jan 12 2026

This episode is for moms who take their health seriously but still feel overstimulated, reactive, and mentally exhausted at home.

We explore how constant phone use affects your nervous system, patience, and connection with your kids, and why scrolling is not a discipline problem but a dopamine-driven habit. You’ll learn how small changes to your environment can lower stress, improve presence, and help you model calm for your children.

This conversation focuses on awareness, boundaries, and realistic systems rather than perfection, so you can use your phone with intention and create a calmer, more connected home.

  • Habits To Leave Behind in 2025
    Jan 5 2026

As we head into 2026, this isn’t about new goals, new diets, or another reset. It’s about letting go of the habits and beliefs that keep pulling you back to the same place every year.

In this episode, Chauntae and Alyssa break down eight patterns that quietly sabotage progress, from dieting with an end date and chasing quick fixes to people-pleasing with food, calling your body broken, and obsessing over details that don’t actually move the needle.

This conversation goes beyond surface-level habits and into the beliefs shaping how you eat, train, manage stress, and lead your health and your home. If you’re tired of starting over and ready to build something sustainable, this episode will help you release what’s holding you back and step into what comes next.

Growth isn’t always about adding more, sometimes it’s about letting go.

  • Meal Prepping Systems That Give You Hours Back
    Dec 29 2025

This episode explains how simple, repeatable meal prep systems can save moms hours each week and significantly reduce stress. Rather than relying on motivation or willpower, it shows how consistent routines around food eliminate decision fatigue and make feeding a family feel easier and more sustainable.

You’ll hear practical, high impact strategies like scheduling prep time, planning before cooking, batch cooking, freezer meals, online grocery shopping, and creating self serve options for kids. It also addresses common challenges like ADHD, picky eaters, large families, and learning to cook with realistic solutions that don’t require making separate meals.

This episode reframes meal prep as a way to reclaim time, energy, and peace of mind without perfection or overwhelm.
