It was a busy week in New York City for the Regular Joes crew!

First Dave and Brian Mix attended the New York Premiere of a new Star Trek documentary called The Sixty Year Mission, a star studded event complete with a red carpet and a panel discussion after the screening.

Next, Dave and Barry attended New York Comic Con and they give a full rundown of their experience, who and what they saw, what they purchased, and more.

All that plus discussion about the future of Star Trek, what they are looking forward to next year with the 50th anniversary of Star Wars and Barry raves about the new Tom Cruise movie, Digger.

Summer is over, the leaves are changing color, the pumpkin spice is flowing and Christmas Trees are already out at Home Depot…what happened? Can you believe it's October already?

On this weeks show, Dave and Barry discuss the recent rumors that Jon Watts (Spiderman, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew) is set to direct Star Wars: Episode X, which is being written by Simon Kinberg and what it all means for the future of the franchise.

Then they go deep into some recent projects they have been working on…model kits for Barry and workshop updates for Dave. They also ask the age old question, What's in the Box and show off some recent additions to their collections

Grab a pumpkin spice latte, pull on your slippers and as always, thanks for watching and listening!

The entire Regular Joes Podcast crew is back! This week, Dave, Barry and Tod are joined by Derryl DePriest and Brian Mix, who are still all coming down off the high from this past weekends epic event when the Galileo Shuttlecraft was finally unveiled to the world in it's new home at the Star Trek Original Series Set Tour in Ticonderoga NY.

The guys share their experiences at the event and with the celebrities that were on hand to help "Land the Shuttle" such as Jonathan Frakes, Brent Spiner, George Takei, Bio Trimble, Michael & Denise Okuda and Robin Curtis.

The new Shuttle Bay was a labor of love by Brian Mix and Dave Harvey and a gift for all Star Trek fans to enjoy for many years to come, and it wouldn't have been possible without the support of James Cawley and the team at the Star Trek Original Series Set Tour!
