It might seem obvious,but positive thoughts are relaxing, especially if you can use them to your advantage. So let me askyou: which thoughts make you think of home, and of happiness? Perhaps your children, or perhaps your cat, or your dog, or maybe a day full of love. It could be a memory, or anything really. Remember that it’s never too late to face your fears: just consider the tale of a lady who survived a terrible experience in her past, and started travelling the world again at the age of eighty-two.

Commander Andrea Nobile is here to give some more useful information: why you have no reason to fear turbulence, for example.     Il volo procede. Stai facendo una cosa che per te non è semplice, quindi, prima di tutto: complimenti! Ma non è ancora finita. Lo psicoterapeuta Alberto Pellai e il comandante Andrea Nobile continuano ad assisterti con altri suggerimenti. Può sembrarti banale ma i pensieri positivi hanno un effetto rilassante, soprattutto se sai come valorizzarli al meglio. Quindi ti faccio una domanda: quali sono i pensieri che ti fanno sentire una sensazione di casa, di felicità? Magari sono i tuoi figli oppure il tuo gatto, il tuo cane, oppure ripensare a una giornata particolarmente carica di amore. Può essere un ricordo, qualsiasi cosa. Pensa anche che non è mai troppo tardi per sconfiggere una paura: lo dimostra la storia di una signora dal passato difficile che ha iniziato a viaggiare per tutto il mondo all’età di ottantadue anni.

Forse ti sei preparato o preparata per affrontare l’esperienza al meglio: potresti aver pensato con cura al bagaglio che hai portato in cabina, fatto qualche esercizio per connetterti con la tua parte razionale, evitato di leggere cose che avrebbero potuto alimentare la parte di te che ha più paura. Il comandante Andrea Nobile ti darà qualche utile informazione in più: perché non dovresti avere paura delle turbolenze, ad esempio. Lo psicoterapeuta Alberto Pellai, invece, ti farà capire perché hai con te tutto ciò che ti serve per fare un esercizio che potrebbe tornarti molto utile. Respira. E goditi l’esperienza di volo.
