We spent so much time this week really diving into the vulnerability around not knowing anything, not believing in ourselves, and what beliefs we hold. We spend so much time in our young lives being conditioned to think a certain way and have a certain worldview that as we do the hard work internally, the paradigm shifts. We need to decide if we are going to think the way we always have... or change. Can we really rely on anything external to bring us joy or is it all about loving yourself instead?
