    Part Four of the Clearview Rocky Mountain Ranch Case Documents Series presents a personal letter from California psychic and visionary Clarisa Bernhardt following her visit to the ranch during the height of reported activity.

    In this correspondence, Bernhardt references her time on the property, ongoing communication regarding phenomena, and a continuation of investigative dialogue. Known in the 1970s for her tabloid-featured predictions involving earthquakes, UFOs, and global events, Bernhardt integrated angelic communication, aura perception, and interdimensional awareness into her assessments of anomalous environments.

    Most notably, accompanying material includes her recorded statement suggesting that activity on the ranch intensified when a young girl was present.

    At the time of these events, only one young girl visited the ranch.

    This installment adds a deeply personal layer to the Clearview archive, raising questions about environmental sensitivity, human catalysts in high-strangeness locations, and the intersection between psychic interpretation and field investigation.

    Included is a handwritten page of investigative field notes recorded during an interview with Bill Waugh, Undersheriff of Elbert County, Colorado. The notes relate to a ranch case near Kiowa and summarize reports of unusual activity in the region during the 1970s.

    Referenced phenomena include:
    • Bright orange and red lights reported near the property
    • Accounts of vehicles seemingly disappearing along rural roads
    • Multiple suspected cattle mutilations, including a major bull case
    • Unusual predator behavior, with carcasses left untouched for extended periods
    • Strange photographic failures where objects would not appear on film
    • Indications of law enforcement awareness and concern surrounding the events

    These notes represent a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse into the kind of firsthand testimony and investigative documentation Dr. Sprinkle quietly gathered while researching UFO-related and high-strangeness cases across the American West.

    These are not polished reports. They are the kind of behind-the-scenes investigative fragments that help reveal what researchers like Sprinkle were documenting quietly in the American West decades ago.

    This is only one page, but it opens the door to an even deeper historical mystery.

    This document marks Part Two of the Rocky Mountain Ranch Research archival series, drawing from rare and lesser-known material preserved in the R. Leo Sprinkle Papers Collection at the American Heritage Center in Laramie, Wyoming.

    Included is a three-page firsthand report dated November 23, 1975, describing disturbing events at a remote ranch property near Kiowa, Colorado. The household reportedly experienced intense vibrations in the walls and a low pulsing sound, described as mechanical and not coming from outside, even when electrical power was shut off.

    During a walk of the property, witnesses documented a large, perfectly round snowless circle with only small patches of snow remaining inside it. A drop of blood was observed in the snow just outside the circle. The report also references multiple cattle deaths with surgical-style removals, including missing organs and unusual lack of blood at the scene.

    The account further describes sightings and tracks of a large unknown creature near the horse barn, along with an overwhelming sense among residents that they were being watched after nightfall.
    These documents represent an important and largely overlooked historical record within Dr. Sprinkle’s broader research into UFO phenomena, paranormal encounters, and high strangeness in the American West.

    In Episode 12 of The Clearview Rocky Mountain Ranch Case Documents Series, we reach the final installment of the APRO Bulletin report Multiple Phenomena on a Rocky Mountain Ranch, centered on the Kiowa, Colorado ranch case.

    This concluding section focuses heavily on the theme of trust, the fear of speaking openly, and the belief that something deeper was happening near the ranch, including reports involving military activity, low-flying aircraft, and interceptor responses in the area.

    In this episode, I also share additional reflections from my own research, including a video from a mysterious “boneyard” location near the ranch that adds another unsettling layer to the landscape surrounding these events.

    This marks the end of the APRO report readings. Next, I will begin exploring more obscure and lesser-known documents from the R. Leo Sprinkle, PhD files, obtained from the Heritage Center archives in Laramie, Wyoming.

    This section focuses on one of the most unsettling ideas raised in the report: that more than one type of entity may have been present on the ranch, and that these presences may not have been the same in behavior, intent, or effect.

    Jim reflects on the nervousness and fear surrounding the encounters, and the possibility that the humanoid figures were reacting to something else entirely. Barbara also shares her thoughts on the emotional and mental impact these events had over time.
