  • In 2008, Rodney Stanger murdered his long-time girlfriend, Chrystal Morrison, in their home in Florida. A former Central Massachusetts resident, Stanger had connections to Sturbridge and the Brimfield woods. Days before the Florida crime, Morrison had a cryptic phone call with her sister about Molly Bish, a 16-year-old abducted and murdered in 2000. After the murder in Florida, rumors began to swirl of an alleged connection between Stanger, the Bish case, and Holly Piirainen. When Chrystal’s sister visited the Florida home after the crime, Kiernan found child hairpieces that the sister could not explain.
