    Washington State Cougar, Nicole Hare, has had her share of international racing experience, including a silver medal in the Women's eight in 2017, and racing the pair in Rio with Jen Martins.

    Jen Martins, DDS, has won two silvers and two bronzes at the World Championships in the Women's eight. She is looking forward to growing her dental practice and starting a family post-Tokyo.

    Kristina Walker hails from Wolfe Island, Ontario and has a podcast called "the Difference Makers".

    Steph Grauer grew up in Vancouver, BC and schooled at Stanford University in California. Plagued by a rib injury, she now has a titanium plate to fortify her skeleton, and one heck of a healing mindset.
