About this listen

Welcome to the SwitchedON! Podcast. A truth is first perceived, via a signal of information entering your life.. At first, you might not realize it. The perception may be instantaneous, but the realization is almost always a process of gradual unfoldment. My mission is to discuss with show guests secrets they have uncovered, that will lead to new perceptions and eventually help you break away from false ideas to which you are bound. Showing you that outward conditions are effects, and can never be causes, that the causes are within, in the human heart, and as the heart feels the truth all outward troubles will fall away.Copyright 2021 Dan Riordan Economics Self-Help Spirituality Success

And Daniel let's just dive right in and have you give some background and insight on what you're up to. Daniel Mangena 1:10  Right now, Dan I'm actually a bit jealous that I don't have the version of what we discussed a few moments ago. Daniel Mangena 1:17  That was pretty darn cool sounds like a movie star. Hi everyone update you might get out I'm a speaker and author from East London in the UK, I actually live in Mexico. Now, down in Cabo. As we just discuss them with immigrants my parents immigrated to the UK in the 70s. My dad wanted to sort of step up to the next level of his education and get a higher grade Master's than he was able to get back home, he emigrated but my older brother and sister and my sister was three my brother was five. I was born in East London. Incidentally, the hospital I was born in actually got knocked down a year later, and that wasn't anything to do. But I've spent the last four years, deeply focused on sharing a message that came into my life, about 12 years ago on the back of a dance with suicide. And that message was that if we choose to...

I didn't go to university, because it felt at the moment it just felt too confining. Yeah, I didn't want to. I didn't fit into that system. From the very beginning I always did things differently. And so I didn't fit into that kind of system but it did hold it did hold me back for a few years after that because I always compared. And you know, back in the corporate jobs, I always felt like I was not good enough I didn't have that title…etc. NOTES FROM SHOW Disclaimer: Below is an approximation of this video’s content. Today we have Sarah Santacroce with us. Let's dive right in. Sarah and have you start by giving us some insight on your background. Sarah Santacroce 0:30  And I'm so glad to be here, thank you so much for having me. Yeah, where do we start. I would probably start with California, because I'm based in Switzerland as we kind of found out offline before we started recording, but I did spend a few years in California, back in 2006, where my husband came home one rainy Sunday afternoon, not Sunday, Monday afternoon. He's like, Oh, I'm so sick of this weather let's move, I got a job offer in California. I'm like, Oh, okay. Wow that's different. All right, let's do it. And so, I had just given birth to our second child, he was like three months old, and I was supposed to go back to work. My day job so I had to kind of hand in my notice and pack our bags and off we went and move to California. And then once we got settled over there. I, you know, I was like okay what do I do now I can't work I didn't have a work permit in the US. And so, once the kids were settled in school and daycare and whatnot. I was like, Well, I'm going to start my own business, I had always kind of in the back of my head. My dad was an entrepreneur and so I was like, well, that's always an option that I have and so that was the perfect opportunity is in the was in 2006 and the middle of the social media boom, and so I was like, Alright, here I go. I'm in California, I can start my own business. And that's what I did. And then from there, fast forward, 12, years later, I am back in Switzerland, which is where I was born and raised and...

The One Thing:  It can be through any portion of our life, to just make the world a better place by being better to our fellow human beings. The Cauliflower Moment:  I realized, wait a minute. Please feel free to reach out to us if you feel any of the information seems to be incorrect at dan@signalssecret.com   Dan Riordan 1:17  welcome back to the switched on podcast today we have Christina ins with us and Christina let's just dive right in and have you start by giving us some insight on your background. Christina Eanes 1:28  Excellent. so we seem to have a little bit in common and where we've lived. I started out after college, with a police department in Vacaville California as a crime analyst. I loved that so much, but then I wanted to go affect change on a bigger level in the world. So I thought, I'll go join the FBI. So I joined the FBI is violent criminal apprehension program as a crime analyst, that's not a profiler is not an agent. So as a crime analyst where I helped local state federal and even some international agencies with their homicides and sexual assaults. I enjoyed doing that work it really helped. I felt like it was really helping in that work but I knew I couldn't do it for my entire career, and I was about ready to I wanted a promotion at that point. So I started looking around and my background is also in training and development, because I've always taught college on this side even since. Pretty much being in college. And so I thought, well, where can I make even more change. So I went in and helped the FBI, develop their leadership development program, I had a couple of teams of folks and instructors and logistics. We trained anywhere from line level to executive level leaders in the group I enjoyed that so much I loved all this stuff in relation to emotional intelligence and perception and all those quote unquote soft skills. Then once my kids left the house, I decided okay I'm going to go open up my own business. And so now I have my own professional development firm, where we do trainings on emotional intelligence perception coaching feedback. And then on top of that I have a few books along those lines a podcast and YouTube channel. Dan...
