Though Andrew and his soldiers were not baptized at the time, they believed in Jesus Christ and called on Him for help in battle. After their victory, Andrew and his soldiers were accused of being Christians and faced severe persecution. Despite torture and threats, they remained faithful and were eventually baptized before being martyred together. A healing spring appeared where they were killed, and many were healed through their prayers.
