Taking a step back, we understand that the final outcome in the Christian worldview is eternal life and the eternal reign of Jesus Christ. The foundational pieces of Christianity are of the utmost importance as without a rock solid foundation you are building on sand.

In today’s podcast we invite our first guest, Izzy, who put together the awesome music we use for our intro. We are entering a generation lost to the worldly expectations of what a good person is supposed to be. Distractions are the biggest detractor to finding purpose in life. What would our outlook on the world look like if we set aside social media, set aside the obsessions?

How can Christians speak to non believers in a world mocking the existence of God? The Biblical message is not a kind one and yet we are told that everyone is going to heaven if they are a good person.

Their are different perspectives in marriage but even such a relationship is founded in the world. Christians should be deeply grounded in their devotion to the Lord for they are called, belonging to Him above anyone else.

How do we know our God is the right God? What’s the difference between the God of the Bible and all the rest? How can Christians find comfort in knowing that their faith is the right faith? Is Jesus Christ simply the best option out of an abundance of choices or is the Biblical faith founded in truth?

Believers should not look to non-believers to settle disputes between believers. Paul explains that we will one day judge angels as God has set the standard. Christians are not called to judge mankind, but they are called to reprimand their brothers and sisters when those who know the word, fall astray.

What is the passover? Why it is significant and should Christians celebrate the traditional Jewish holiday? Should Christians care about what other Christians do? When is it okay to step in and stir a fellow believer back to the right path?

How can Christians find purpose in the darkness? Where is the hope for the present day? In the world we live in we are constantly surrounded by darkness everywhere we look and yet God has given us clear instructions on how to navigate the trials and tribulations.

Living as if God isn’t there? Why do church goers only act like church goers while at church? God is still watching when others won’t be. As Christians we should be living life as though the whole world is watching us because they are. We are representatives of Jesus Christ, and we have a responsibility as His servants to live the way that He did. How should we be praying? Praying is our way of interacting with God. He wants a personal relationship with us, and the Christian life is dormant without it. Seek Him out in everything that we do.

Building a foundation is an essential part of the Christian life and yet so many struggle with putting it together. There can be many reasons for this fault but it can mainly be attributed to the fact that they are trying to do it themselves. The Bible teaches that it is not we who can save ourselves but rather Jesus Christ. He is knocking on the door, waiting patiently for those who have been called to His promise. The hard truth is He does not wait forever. Do not let His gift slip pass you.

Is there something missing? Searching for God but don’t know where to start, where to go next? What is the point of salvation if we are to simply hear the same message over and over again? There is always room for spiritual growth, and it is evident in the ways that the Holy Spirit leads us. The Holy spirit gives us the ability to be a part of God’s plan when we are not worthy. But what exactly is the Holy Spirit and how can we keep our ears peeled for His guidance?
