Meet Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholars from 2023-24 cohort – *Somanshi Gupta* and *Parikhit Das* who share tips and experiences of applying for and successfully getting the scholarship.

Somanshi is currently pursuing her graduation in Economics from John Wilson College, Mumbai and Parikhit is pursuing graduation in commerce from Delhi University. Both scholars were awarded the Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships in the 2023-24 cycle for their meritorious performance.

Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships aim to support up to 5,000 meritorious students based on a merit-cum-means criteria for their undergraduate college education, empowering them to continue their studies without financial burden. The Scholarships aim to enable students to become successful professionals and realize their dreams, unlocking their potential to lift themselves and their communities up and contributing towards India’s future socio-economic development.

Students with a household income of under Rs. 15 lakhs who are enrolled in first year of their undergraduate studies pursuing any subject stream can apply.

Selected scholars will receive a scholarship of up to Rs. 2 lakhs over the duration of their degree programme.

The programme will also aim to encourage applications by girls and specially-abled students. In addition to the scholarship grant, the Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships will provide scholars an opportunity to be part of a vibrant alumni network and an enabling support system that will create long-term impact on their lives and career trajectories.

Applications are now open for the prestigious Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships 2024-25. These scholarships will nurture aspirations and celebrate excellence of students from select future ready courses in Engineering, Technology, Energy and Life Sciences from India through a rigorous and competitive selection process. First-year postgraduate students from institutes across India pursuing degree programmes in select future ready courses in Engineering, Technology, Energy & Life Sciences are eligible to apply.
Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships will nurture and support these bright students with a holistic development programme, including expert interactions, industry exposure and volunteering opportunities creating a cohort of excellence, every year.
