This week we're combining a bunch of different topics because they are all pretty correlated to each other! As an avid journaling hater (before the Artist's Way) I never could get into the groove of actually sticking to journaling. Now, I write 3 pages every morning and it has been one of the best tools to help me with processing everything in life. I'm here to tell you all about, how it can help you, and why you should start journaling (or continue if you are already doing it)!

We have made it to Week 2 of the Artist Way! It feels like it's been so long since Week 1 for some reason? This week I learned a lot about the self and was very introspective with the work that I did. The podcast covers everything that I learned in Week 2 starting from self-sabotage to surrounding yourself with the right people. Listen in on this interesting week of the Artist's Way!

I truly believe that manifestation is a tool for success if you know how to use it for YOU. It can come in various different forms such as mood boards or music playlists. I talk more about my experience with manifestation and how I cater manifestation towards my own life. I've been doing this for 4 years now and I believe in this practice. Tune into this episode to learn more about how you can incorporate manifestation into your own life.

This is the first week in my creative journey and it has been interesting! I've learned a lot of new concepts, while also being reminded of things I've learned in the past. I can already see how powerful this book is and how I have changed me perspective on creating.

My next chapter for Searching For Silver Linings has started and I am excited to see where it takes me. I will be making VIDEO PODCASTS now and documenting some of my creative journey through my 20s. Hopefully this digital journal will serve you purpose so that you can join my journey as you go through yours because I'm creatively figuring it out...

You have such great style... Your taste in fashion is so good! We've all heard this before, but what is the difference between the two? I've been very interested in the concepts of taste versus style so I researched (minimally lol) and put my thoughts here. I also talk about how we can develop our style and taste, and how I used fashion as a way for self-discovery. Tune in to hear more about these topics!

I will be so honest, I am frustrated! These past couple of months have been pretty alright, and although I am grateful for the small wins, I also want my efforts to be reciprocated more. In this podcast, I talk about failures and some of the ways that I have been changing my perspective on the way I view them. One thing that I will always remember is that a failure means you were willing to do something. Just the act of taking initiative itself should be celebrated. So the next time you feel a bit frustrated just remember some of your small successes in life!

Let's talk about creativity. It's such a broad subject that we'll probably have to revisit it. But for now, enjoy!
