I am so grateful for having lived here from it’s beginnings and living the freedom and the daring it took to dream an impossible dream in this unshaded land, a shared understanding of the values it attempted-a pause in the busyness of time and giving room for an inner life and change. To witness the healing of the earth and the creation of so many initiatives through the hard work and goodwill of so many people over time …it is an invisible (and visible) edifice to the Mother. “Originally coming from Chennai, we lived in huts in Aspiration Community with Mother’s blessing, Whom we met beforehand. At that time, Auroville’s organisation needed our services in Kuilapalayam for villages related activities (Health Centre Nalvazhvu and Mother and Child Care Centre). Since then, we always stayed in Auroville, for Auroville”.
