  • Summary

  • This one is a classic by Alice Perrin. Out on a bird-hunt, Caulfield ends up killing a sadhu. Just as he and his friend try to hide the dead body, they find a ferocious jackal guarding it. Caulfield starts feeling that the jackal is following him everywhere and no one believes him. And then, suddenly Caulfield’s friend sees a mysterious shadow approaching them.
