Some people are naturally intuitive and always trust their gut. But others, struggle with trusting themselves. And this affects so many aspects of their lives for they are plagued with self-doubt and fear.

In this episode I talk about two things - I share the story of my dying marriage and how I wasn't able to hear my intuition even though it was quietly screaming at me. How I learned to finally learned that my feelings are often sign posts leading me to a truth that I wasn't able to see.

And I talk about some steps that we can all take to strengthen our trust and faith.

I sure didn't. I believed intuition was for other lucky people and was never something that I could hone and practice. Boy was I wrong! I have since learned that our intuition is within us all, we just need to learn how to access it and trust it. And this is what my guest Natalie Miles and I speak about in today's episode.

The reason why so many resolutions fail is that we try to change our outer world before we change our inner world. We don't succeed because we don't believe that we can. # 014 - It's the end of the year! Which means that this is the time where many of us start reflecting on the year that has passed and we start thinking about what we want to accomplish in the New Year. The end of the year is a wonderful time to shed what no longer serves us, because it's the only way for us to get exactly what we want in the upcoming year. We need to let go of old thoughts, behaviours and energy patterns in order to make space to let in something new.

But change is hard and we so often start off the year with a bang, but we haven't done the inner work to make sure our goals and dreams come to fruition. In this solo episode I talk about the different steps needed to fully let go so we can step into an amazing version of ourselves and make 2019 one to remember.
