    Feb 3 2026

Today I am joined by Erika Page! Erika is the Founder, CEO, and Editor-in-Chief of Living Dappled, a blog and community for women with vitiligo, an autoimmune disease that causes loss of pigment. After getting vitiligo at the age of seven, she lost 100% of her skin’s pigment and fought her own mental and emotional battles to overcome her insecurities and embrace her skin. Erika has spoken at the U.S. World Vitiligo Day conference and has been featured in PEOPLE, WebMD, and Love What Matters. She was named one of the Top 10 Most Influential Vitiligans from 2020-2022. Today she is an avid patient advocate and sought-after leader within the vitiligo community dedicated to raising awareness for the condition and helping other women with vitiligo reclaim their lives by finding health and happiness.

In this episode, Erika and I chat about her personal experience living with vitiligo, why she started Living Dappled, why representation is so important, how her side hustle became her full time job, what she would tell her 7 year old self, and so much more!

  • Planning Events and Empowering Working Moms with Justine Converse and April Zorsky of Brigade Events
    Jan 13 2026

Today I am joined by Justine Converse and April Zorsky!

Brigade Events is a women-owned event strategy firm behind some of the most high-profile gatherings in the world. Founded by Justine and April, the firm is redefining modern leadership and company culture by proving that care is a competitive advantage.

Today, the team produces everything from intimate leadership summits to large-scale global conferences attended by thousands, all while modeling the future of flexible, human-centered work.

Brigade’s progressive policies - including its signature “Transition Month” re-entry phase - have been featured in TIME and USA Today as national models for supporting working parents. Through both their work and their editorial series, The Fine Line, Justine and April are sparking a larger movement around empathy-driven leadership and what it truly means to build a workplace, and a world, where women don’t have to choose.

In this episode we talk about how April and Justine got their starts in the event planning industry, their time working at the Bush Center, starting an event planning company one year before the pandemic, their incredible maternity leave policy, and so much more!
