Is Victor Wembanyama officially the number one pick in fantasy basketball, or are we still riding with the consistency of Nikola Jokic? The Southwest Division is loaded with elite talent and massive question marks, from Dereck Lively’s health in Dallas to the crowded young backcourt in San Antonio. Join Bryan Joiner and Ben Clarke on the Full Court Press Podcast as they apply pressure to the final division breakdown of the preseason.

In this episode, we dive deep into the Spurs’ unique roster construction and discuss why we might be apologizing for wanting Trey Murphy over Zion Williamson this year. We break down the De'Aaron Fox versus Harper debate and analyze if Stephon Castle can overcome his efficiency issues to become a consistent triple-double threat. Over in Dallas, we tackle the Lively versus Gafford center rotation and look at why Cooper’s ADP is skyrocketing toward the first-round turn.

The Houston Rockets present a fascinating dynamic between the veteran scoring of Kevin Durant and the versatile playmaking of Alperen Sengun. We also explore the potential impact of Steven Adams and the shooting hurdles facing Amen Thompson. Finally, we head to Memphis to look at the team of question marks, including Zach Edey’s transition to the NBA and which sleepers might emerge from a roster looking for stability after a chaotic season.
