Alex Gilhart grew up spectating many races with his family at a very early age. At the age of 4 he got the opportunity to wave a flag in the flag stand one night at the former State Park Speedway. You could say that moment was the start of it all for Alex. Greg McKarns gave him his first real flagging opportunity at Madison International Speedway. Once he got started it didn't take long for Alex to fill his calendar and start working with more tracks and with other series that would total up to around 60 events a year. Flagging hasn't been his only role; Alex has been performed race director duties and also served as General Manager at Angell Park Speedway. At the end of 2025, Alex was names Series Director for the ASA Midwest Tour starting in the 2026 race season.

Luke Parmeter, an award winning filmmaker and content strategist, grew up hill climbing dirt bikes like others in his family. Losing a national title by .05 of a second weighed on his mind even after putting the dirt bikes aside in his teenage years. Through days of skateboarding with his friends, a passion for filmmaking and content creation grew. While attending UW-Stout for Multimedia, the desire to earn a national hill climbing title returned. The willingness to out work and out train others led Luke back to the podium and the accomplishment of capturing the national title he set out for. His payment for training at The Sandbox indoor riding arena was his filmmaking and content creation. That content creation and the growth of his website, LP Motocross, led to a phone call that gave him the opportunity to work for Arenacross and Supercross. As Luke looked to lessen his travel, he launched Luke Parmeter Productions. Luke still gets to work with Supercross, but has now been able to transform his motorsports mindset into a variety of different industries and companies such as Hardscape Mentor and Golden Eagle Log and Timber Homes.

Bryan Reffner, son of racing legend Tom Reffner, was born and raised in Rudolph, Wisconsin. Growing up around racing, he was first a gear head before he ever had interest in racing himself. Originally, he only started racing because his older brother, Baird Reffner bought a hobby stock. Having fun in a hobby stock turned into wanting to race a Super Late Model after a trip to Madison International Speedway (MIS) sparked a deeper desire to continue racing and one day make it to MIS. A few years into Super Late Model racing and after winning ARTGO ROY, Bryan's career looked to be nearing an end until he won the 1984 Oktoberfest at LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway. That win led to building a new Bac Kar Chassis in the offseason. The innovation of Bac Kar Chassis and the time spent working with Jim, Les, and the entire Back family played a large role in not only Bryan's Super Late Model success but carried that with him through ASA and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Beyond Super Late Models, Bryan captured the 1995 ASA Championship, 1996 Craftsman Truck Series ROY, and Truck Series Win at Texas Motor Speedway. After NASCAR, racing led him back to ASA and also a return to Super Late Model racing where he ended his storied career in another Bac Kar Chassis. Bryan and his father, Tom, built their own chassis from the ground up in 2012-2013, that his nephew Colin Reffner raced for over the next decade.
