OLD FASHIONED Cocktail

There are many ways to make an Old Fashioned. For this episode we poured 2 ounces of Jim Beam whiskey into a glass with 1 ounce of honey syrup and 2 dashes of orange bitters. Don't forget the ice!

To MOCKTAIL it... you can do the same with a nonalcoholic whiskey substitute or try making a black tea concentrate like this one.

Although you might say the Winchesters are the "under-est of dogs" as Dawn and Jenny describe them in this episode, we can confidently say that the next two angels were not underdogs at all. This episode is about Zachariah and Uriel, two very powerful angels who were soldiers on a mission. Pour yourself a 'Soldier Angel' and tune in for another wild ride on S&S.

SOLDIER ANGEL COCKTAIL

Ingredients: 1.5 ounces apple whiskey, 1.5 ounces dry vermouth, 1 ounce of Kahlua (or coffee liqueur), and a dash of orange bitters.

Recipe: Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass. Enjoy!

MOCKTAIL

Apple Cider. That's it. We were really surprised how much this cocktail tasted like apple cider. If you want a bit of the coffee flavor then you could add an ounce of cold brew to your apple cider.

ANGEL FACE COCKTAIL

1 ounce gin, 1 ounce apple whiskey, 1 ounce peach brandy.

Pour each ingredient in a glass over ice and add a twist of orange. Garnish with an orange or apple slice.

MOCKTAIL

Substitute the whiskey and brandy with apple juice and peach juice or syrup. Add a little juniper syrup for a gin flavor. Enjoy!
