If you're curious about the inner workings of the universe and want guidance on how to manifest the life you desire, you've come to the right place. Welcome to Spirituality for Everyday Living. I'm your host Melinda Vail, one of Arizona's leading intuitive therapists for more than 25 years. As a life coach, medium, and author, my purpose is to channel information that enlightens and entices you to explore ideas from a new perspective. Each week, solo or with a guest, we will dive into topics that explain how energy works on this planet, the concept of God, and how energetic patterns learned in childhood can stifle personal and spiritual growth. We will explore the "karmic profile," and as an evidential medium, I will convey the truth that there is indeed life after life. Join me on this journey of a lifetime, as we uncover timeless tools, and wisdom that will help you bring spirituality to everyday life. Oct 11 2022
Jason Vail Cruz, who identifies as queer, works in the infectious disease field helping those in the LGBTQ community. He joins Melinda to talk about the important issues they still face such as discrimination, harassment, being denied healthcare, homelessness, not being accepted by their families and suicide. Melinda shares a few of the falsehoods such as…are you born gay or choose to be? Jason's answer…your soul chooses. www.melindavail.com https://www.lgbtqiahealtheducation.org

  • Ep. 18 - Turning to God
    Oct 4 2022

Chad Viliborghi's son Kieran took his own life at the age of 13. He joins Melinda for part 2 of "The Grieving Process". According to him, he did everything wrong, which included quitting his job as a cop and moving away with his family. They come back to Arizona and Chad is "working for God" at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Funeral Home. They talk about the power of prayer, finding your own path and, as Melinda says, turning karma into dharma.

  • Ep. 17 - The Grieving Process
    Sep 27 2022

When a child takes their own life, parents can feel a range of emotions…grief, guilt, anger, etc, but they deal with their loss very differently. Men usually remain stoic and women express themselves emotionally through tears and lashing out. Chad Viliborghi, a former Chandler Police Officer, joins Melinda to talk about his son Kieran, who took his life at age 13, and how their family has coped over the years. Melinda plays a role in their healing and connection to Kieran from the other side of the Vail. If you are struggling and need some clarity, this episode is a must-listen.
