  • Give me back my Sack (Ep. #106)
    Jan 21 2026

On this episode the guys discuss how the NFL season flips on its head as Black Monday brings a wave of coaching changes. The Bills, Ravens, Dolphins, Falcons, Browns, Cardinals, Raiders, Giants, and Titans all clean house. New regimes are already in place, with the Giants hiring Jim Harbaugh, the Dolphins bringing in Shefley, the Titans landing Robert Saleh, and the Falcons turning to Kevin Stefanski. We also look at the biggest disappointments of the season as the Chiefs, Ravens, Lions, and Buccaneers all miss the playoffs after entering the year with high expectations.

Then it's time for a full playoff breakdown. Wild Card Weekend delivers instant classics, including the Rams edging the Panthers, the Bears outlasting the Packers, the Bills surviving Jacksonville, and the Seahawks shocking the 49ers. The Divisional Round turns even crazier with Denver upsetting Buffalo in overtime, Seattle blowing out San Francisco, and the Patriots handling Houston. Now, the Conference Championships are set: Patriots at Broncos and Rams at Seahawks, with Super Bowl spots on the line.

On the NBA front, the trade market heats up as Trae Young is dealt to Washington for CJ McCollum in a salary-dump move, Karl-Anthony Towns finds himself in rumor territory, the Knicks continue to slide, and the Bulls appear close to blowing it all up.

  • Knicks up for the Cup (Ep. #105)
    Dec 17 2025

On this episode the guys discuss another chaotic week across the NFL with upsets, injuries, and playoff implications everywhere. The Falcons stole a 29–28 win over the Buccaneers on Thursday night behind a three-touchdown performance from Kyle Pitts. Trevor Lawrence delivered an all-time fantasy performance with six touchdowns against the Jets, while Travis Etienne added three of his own. The Texans dominated the Cardinals, the Bills stormed back from a 21-point deficit to beat the Patriots and tighten the AFC East race, and the Chargers put the Chiefs away as Patrick Mahomes suffered a torn ACL.

Elsewhere, the Bears crushed the Browns as Myles Garrett closed in on the sack record, the Ravens and Eagles both pitched shutouts to stay alive in the playoff hunt, and the Broncos knocked off the Packers as Bo Nix played his best game to date amid major injuries around the league. The 49ers survived the Titans, Seattle edged out an “old man” Rivers in a kicking duel, the Rams handled the Lions with questions surrounding Davante Adams, and the Saints completed the season sweep of the Panthers. The Vikings officially ended the Cowboys' playoff hopes, and the Steelers snapped Miami's winning streak.

We wrap things up on the hardwood with a look ahead to the NBA Cup Finals, featuring the New York Knicks vs. the San Antonio Spurs.

    Dec 3 2025

On this episode the guys discuss this week's NFL slate was absolute chaos from Thanksgiving through Sunday night. The holiday belonged to the Dogs as the Packers stunned the Lions behind big games from Micah and Wicks, and Frank Ragnow reportedly retreats back into retirement talk. Dallas edged the Chiefs in a 31–28 thriller, the Bengals shocked the Ravens in prime time, and Black Friday delivered again with the Eagles falling to the now-first-place Bears.

The AFC playoff picture gets even messier as the Texans outlast an injured Anthony Richardson–less Colts team, the Jaguars reclaim the AFC South lead, and Miami stacks a third straight win. The 49ers crush Cleveland, the Bucs survive Arizona, the Panthers stun the Rams, and the Jets walk off the Falcons on a Nick Folk field goal. Seattle blanks Minnesota, Buffalo grabs a desperately needed win over Pittsburgh, Denver escapes Washington in OT, and the Patriots cruise past the Giants.
