From strangers in the gym to now someone I call my friend, I introduce to you, Seth! I recognized his love for Christ not only in the way he carries himself, but also by the way he shares his faith. As someone who has always poured into others as my main source of purpose, the thing I realized I lacked was giving that same amount of love & energy to myself. Self love brings healing to all parts of yourself, including your inner child. In this episode I touch on the importance of gratitude, being gentle & kind to yourself, taking care of your needs, being aware that the healing journey doesn't always consist of "good" days and that is OK, changing your perspective, and more. I hope from my experinces I can lend you some encouragement today!
