• #6 - Grief: What Happens when the Ego Meets a Clear Mirror
    Nov 5 2025

In this episode I talk about a recent experience I had visiting a friend and spiritual mentor at her home on the East Coast. What I thought was going to just be a vacation ended up being a direct confrontation with non-duality, which was very confronting and felt a lot like ego death.

I share my thoughts on what it means to have "clear mirrors" in our lives, and how directly encountering a clear mirror brought me face to face with my fear of loss and death.

    Oct 13 2025

Why is Jesus such a powerful archetype? So powerful that people will engage in marginalization and violence supposedly in his name?

As someone who was Christian for 33 years, in this episode I share my thoughts on what it's like to be an extremely devout Christian, and why exactly I think Jesus has so much power in the Christian psyche.

  • #2 - Attachment Wounding, Codependency, and What We Call "Romance"
    Oct 9 2025

How can we know we are showing up clearly in relationship when we haven't addressed the unconsious materials that we're building our relationships from?

In this episode I talk all about my own attachment wounds growing up in Mormonism, my unpopular views on "romance" and why I think that addressing and holding our own internalized shame, instead of asking others to do so, allows for deeper intimacy and more connection in our lives.
