    In the long awaited return of the Still Learning podcast.....I rant. In all actuality I am getting rid of some miniscule things that have pestered me for a while that honestly should have no bearing on me at all. I'm starting the year with a clean slate and no promises other than I am going to continue to learn and will do my best to share the knowledge I have been given. Thank you all.

    Today I discuss my preferred method of tasting a spirit. Whether it is a new spirit or something you're revisiting I believe this is a great way to try something. To me there is nothing cooler than breaking down a spirit. Searching for faults, finding improvements, or discovering something new. Remember to keep notes, come into this with an open mind and a clear palate, and most of all enjoy yourself.
