Bryan Lip shares his interesting story. Firstly about his over all life, moving to Australia at a young age, university life, choice of careers and then travelling the world chasing marathons.

Bryan shares his views on living now instead of waiting for the perfect age.

Jades jumps on post Valencia Marathon and a PB. She is currently honeymooning and skiing the slopes. Larin is getting going again towards the festive season, plotting his 2026 plans. We cover some listener questions.

Jade and Larin are back for the third episode of the extended series.

Jade is 3 weeks out from Valencia Marathon and completed a solid marathon session just before recording.

Larin has some small improvements since the last episode and is going through a trial nutrition phase.

We chat a little about the old and new in running as well.

Charlier Maher spent his formative years in central Australia which he speaks about. He speaks about being brought up with strong values and support through his family in particular his mother. He speaks about his experiences and the thigns he has learnt along the way. He goes into his gratitude and also wanting to give back.

Episode 2 of the extended series. Jade kicks things off with another great month of training. We talking about her doing double threshold sessions and also the importance of the mid week long run to a successful marathon. Larin has had a few interuptions post Sydney Marathon.

After months of consistent requests Larin and Jade are back to have an extension to the road to Comrades 2025 series.

Rory Steyn certainly has a story to share. Make that more than 1 story.

He protected the most recognised person to walk the earth. protected the All Blacks during a world cup. Has completed 12 Comrades, Iron Man and other endurance events.

He is now on the Comrades Board heading towards 2027
