Jade is 3 weeks out from Valencia Marathon and completed a solid marathon session just before recording.

Larin has some small improvements since the last episode and is going through a trial nutrition phase.

Charlier Maher spent his formative years in central Australia which he speaks about. He speaks about being brought up with strong values and support through his family in particular his mother.
