  • Forgiveness Letting Go Gratitude Meditation
    Oct 31 2023
This is a guided forgiveness and letting go meditation. In this meditation you will learn how to free yourself from old resentment, pain, anger or guilt that you hold against yourself or others. By forgiving and letting go, you open your heart to more love, joy and gratitude. You acknowledge that every human being is flawed and that you can be your own best friend. The meditation consists of several steps: - First you will focus on your heart chakra and imagine a green light emanating from it. - Then you will think of a person you want to forgive and put yourself in their position. You will try to understand their behavior and give them compassion. - Next you will send this person the green light from your heart and forgive them, let them go and wish them all the best. - After that you will think of yourself and remember situations where you criticized or judged yourself. You will forgive yourself, let yourself go and love yourself. - Then you will thank yourself and the person for the lesson, the insight, the experience or the reflection. - Finally you will think of three things you are grateful for today and share your gratitude with the world. - At the end you will imagine yourself walking over a bridge that leads you from the past to the present. On the other side of the bridge a new beginning awaits you.
